We may have to share your data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table above. a) External Third Parties: Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Amplitude Inc., Hetzner Online GmbH, Firebase, Inc. These parties help us with the support of some features of our software, storage of Personal Data, analyze your data and show relevant information about the software to us when you use the service, to understand how you use the software, engage with particular features, and what you like or dislike the most to generate statistical reports. We also use Google tag manager technology from Google. This helps us analyze conversion information from the Google Ads advertising tool. We may disclose User provided and automatically collected Information: a) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; b) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; c) with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules outlined in this privacy statement; d) if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information. We don’t use user data for sale (or any other commercial activity) to other companies. User’s data is used solely to ensure the functionality of the software.

These measures include: Secured Hosting: Our services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a leading cloud provider known for its robust security infrastructure. SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. DDoS Protection: We employ measures to protect against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, ensuring the availability of our services. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We offer and strongly encourage the use of two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security. Web Application Firewall (WAF): We utilize a built-in Web Application Firewall to protect against common web exploits that could affect application availability, compromise security, or consume excessive resources. We regularly review and update these measures to ensure the ongoing protection of your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
